trace an expense when modified/deleted and ability to recover can be granted atleast to the group admin/moderator as currently any member can delete/modify and expense entered by self/other group member

    Marking as complete with activity log, minus option to recover.

    This will be addressed in Activity log. No undelete for now, but at least you can see the changes.
