"The selected members are invalid" error when adding person to group
In one of my groups (https://app.splitmyexpenses.com/groups/6023), we aren't able to add the last person. Tried on two accounts, both accounts get this error when attempting to add a user!

Happy to provide additional info on who the users are but didn't want to post here directly! Will potentially need some help to adjust this on the back end

Figured out that one of the members was causing an issue, but now there's something else weird going on.
A friend in the group is showing that they owe money to another friend, but there's no transactions. There's some sort of phantom transaction lingering, and every time they try to "settle" the transaction, it doubles the amount owed.
