Rounding expense splits

When expenses are split with values that are not divisible, some people are charged a cent more than others.

We should at least have the option to make it round up or down the division so that all people pay the same. (Maybe add a warning that the payers will receive a few cents more/less depending on the setting?)

    Closing this one, the rounding isn’t going to change any time soon, it’s a simple algorithm to distribute the remaining cents to the end of the list.
