Retroactive recurring expenses

Currently there is no feature to add expenses that repeat themselves in the past, much like recurring expenses but retroactive.

This is useful for expenses that were not shared but in the future is decided it should have been, or to fill expenses the first time using the app whenever you don't start evenly with the people involved.
