Record payment between members in the group that does not include me

I can currently only settle up between myself and a person automatically chosen for me. Sometimes, as the groups "accountant", I need to record cash payments that happen outside of the app that might not include me. These payments could also not be the exact amount specified in the group, and should cause the overall balances of people to shift.

    Hey folks, you can settle up for others in the balances tab, in the group, simply expand the user and you can see a list of their debts. Tap Settle one of them, and you are good to go!

    Additionally, I added support to add arbitrary settle up payments now (when no debts exist), please check it out!

    I recently had to do this and I just entered each payment as a transaction, and all the balances were recalculated accordingly.
