Periodic and on demand nudging for people who owe me money

There's a person who still owes me and hasn't paid in weeks or even months, and rather than me reminding him via chat, there should be an option to nudge them to pay from splitmyexpenses side. I should be able to set it to email every N weeks as well as send a nudge email on demand.
