Hard to see auto suggest friend list

On initial focus, the drop down auto suggest is very thick so you can only see 1-2 names at a time.

When I try to scroll the autosuggest list to see the rest of the names, it scrolls the entire page and chooses a person from the list even though I don’t want to do that and then closes the autosuggest list.

For some reason if I unfocus and then click again, it resolves itself.
