When creating a new expense it is now mandatory to add a description and amount before you can see the split options. I would like these to always be visible. Maybe grey them out before the amount of the expense is entered.
I've gone back and forth, here's to bringing it back!

Being able to see a greyed out version of the split options before adding any information is just a visual thing. It's kind of confusing to me that the options only appear after giving the tool information. Maybe unconsciously I think I only need to enter a name and amount and then I get suprised by it asking for more details.

When I'm adding an expense, I don't always have a receipt in front of me. Most often, it's just in my head. I want to get those numbers out of my head first, before I forget them.

Hey Willem, I've heard this before from another user, I'm curious where you ran into this and thought: I want to see this before I enter the required info. A bit more of why?! That would help me decide and get context
